Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and National AI Monitoring (Hong Kong) Limited held a launch ceremony at Tseung Kwan O InnoPark, marking the company’s official entry into the Advanced Manufacturing Centre.
National AI Monitoring becomes the first enterprise to join the Centre’s Pilot-Scale Manufacturing Laboratory. The new base will support research, engineering validation and pilot production for AI-powered infrastructure monitoring systems, sensors, engineering robots and AI agent terminals.

From proven engineering to global products
The company’s parent, Beijing Dacheng Guoce Technology Co., Ltd., is a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level key “Little Giant” enterprise. Over 16 years, it has developed automated monitoring systems, sensors, engineering robots and AI terminals, completing more than 560 major railway construction and operations monitoring projects.
The Hong Kong team will invest more than HK$20 million during its first three years at the Advanced Manufacturing Centre. Priority products include structural settlement monitoring systems, layered horizontal displacement monitoring systems, LiDAR-vision monitoring robots and total station survey robots for railways, bridges, tunnels and other high-risk built environments.
